That's right...Physical Backers Rejoice! Issue #2 Covers will now be a heavier, nicer stock weight, similar to Issue #1. Now your collection will match nicely. 

If you can, please share this campaign with others! I checked the KS analytics, and found that Twitter/FB sharing is largely responsible for these last few milestone accomplishments. You have no idea how powerful a referral is!

Milestone #2 - UNLOCKED

A great second day! We've surpassed the 100 backer threshold. Now every backer will receive Desktop Wallpapers. 

The next one is a biggie...If we get 125 backers, we will upgrade the cover stock of all Torch Comics! So be sure to share with others this campaign. We're nearly at the first Stretch Goal as well - less then $500 dollars away!

Amid all the craziness, I forgot to announce that the first milestone has been unlocked! Every Backer will get a sick set of Phone Wallpapers featuring Torch, the Ship and AvAA ~ a new character from Issue 2! Next step is 100 backers so be sure to share this campaign with others!

Stretch Rebalance

I'm so excited that we funded in ONE DAY ~ So much so that I've sent word to the Accounting Monkeys to rebalance the Stretch Goals in hopes of getting more goodies into your hands! They threw a fit but nothing a few bananas won't solve. Check out the first 2 Stretch Goals below!

Spotlight - The Unwanted

Finally, I came across a neat comic that I wanna share. The Unwanted #1 has 5 days left on its Kickstarter and is already funded! 

A group of teens are abducted and brought to a secluded, tropical island with no explanation, no supplies and no way off. Left to their own devices and forced to find a way to survive, they soon discover they aren’t alone – and their fellow inhabitants are hostile!

I loved the show Lost and this is giving me those kinda vibes. Plus I dig the art style.

FUNDED on Day One! + SPOTLIGHT

AMAZING! Thank you to everyone who made it happen. For those who have been following along since Issue 1, thank you for sticking with us and bringing this second issue to life! If you're new to Torch:RTS, welcome aboard! You're about to enter a creative sci-fi world filled with absolutely gorgeous art and colors. 

I can't wait to deliver this issue to your hands. As always, the proceeds from this Kickstarter go directly to the production of the next issue. Issue 3 has already been drafted and production will kick in shortly! In the meantime, be sure to share this project with others as we begin unlocking Stretch Goals! The first of which being an awesome art print by our Colorist Daniela Barisone!

Before we go,  I wanted to take a moment to Spotlight my friend Mike Shea's Kickstarter - Miskatonic High #15 - released on the same day! You will likely recognize this campaign, as Miskatonic High is one of the most consistent powerhouse comic runs on Kickstarter. Mike and I have become friends over the last few years and I wanna thank him for his advice and support.

Miskatonic High is a tongue-in-cheek comic series about the teens who take on creepy tentacled monsters and their small-town high school...they're just not sure which is worse. It's basically Archie vs. Cthulhu.
